Exchange Policy for In-Stock Items

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, protective covers, and packaging intact.
Please note that sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange, refund,
or claims.

Size Availability

If your desired size is available, we’ll dispatch your replacement within 6–10
working days.
If it’s currently out of stock, we’ll process your order as a pre-order with an
estimated delivery time of 30–35 days.

you with the next steps and provide details on where to send your package.

Exchange Policy for Pre-Order Items

Our exchange policy for pre-orders is the same as for in-stock items, with one small exception: sizes 33, 34, 35, 42, and 43 are non-exchangeable. These sizes are specially sourced on request and are not part of our standard inventory, so please order them with
this in mind.

Damages & Issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll review the issue quickly and make it right for you.

Delivery Time

In-stock items are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Pre-order items are delivered within 30 to 35 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. Customers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays. Once your oorder is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Order Cancellation

Pre-order items are specially imported on request and cannot be cancelled once placed. In-stock items can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Once shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellations.
